That said, in my 18 years experience as a real estate professional, I have also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. Treating you as I would expect to be treated. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs. This “client first” philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. Taking more than the required continuing education real estate courses increases my ability to provide current information. In addition, I have found that the latest technologies enable me to do everything I have always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They have also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.


After visiting the island of Hawaii as a tourist for the first time in 1974, I fell in love with the aloha in paradise. Being from the conservative mid-west, my hubby, Gerry, and I only dreamed of moving to Kona. After 13 visits, we realized that dream by moving to Hawaii in 1989. I received my real estate license in 1990 and have helped many valued clients realize their dream of owning their piece of paradise.


The additional training required to become a Certified Residential Specialist will be to your benefit since only 5% of the Realtors nationwide have earned this designation.
